Thanks Santa....

So these are some pics of our christmas tree....

And here is after the delivery guys finally showed up. My wife was pissed waiting at home all day and they didn't show until after 8:00 pm. It was worth it.

Pics of where it's going before.....

And after.....

I still have to play with it a bit. It's mounted a bit high because that stand is higher. I also have to get some HDMI cables that work. But all in all, it's a great improvement over my 32 inch tube TV.

Sorry the pics ain't great. I suck at taking good pics. Thats why for a while people thought I have a purple CLs.

Yeh. I'm going to post some new pics of him soon. He's a bit pissed because his mom called the Sammy my baby.

Nope. No CL anymore. I'm "rocking" an Infiniti I35 (Daddy Mobile). The "supervisor" made that decision.

Yeh. Hopefully next year I will upgrade my DVD player and receiver. I keep telling everyone that asks me what I want for presents to get me Amex or VISA gift cards. I'm going to save for those.

I am going to be purhcasing an HDTV tomorrow - can't beat the 18 months no financing from BB. Also, going to pick up a new receiver that has optical audio since I use my receiver for my PS2

Looking at the following LCDs:

Samsung 32 "

Westinghouse 37"

Circuit city has the 40" version of that Samsung for $1299.

I got best buy to do a price match and got it for $100 more than they wanted for the 32". I pick it up tomorrow.

Thanks dude!

Only 100 bones to get an extra 8". Well worth it; I will get BB to pricematch it as well.

Thanks again!

No problem man. That 40" is a little big for the space I'm putting it but for $100 more I would have regretted not going for it.

Well, I didn't get the 40" since CC was out of stock

I instead picked up the Samsung 32" LN-S3241D for $999.99 + tax. No interest and payments for 18 months from Breast Buy.

So far I am liking it, though I need to run component cables for my PS2 (composite looks like shit). Any suggestions on a good system selector switch that has component? I am getting an Xbox 360 next week, so I want to run component on that as well.

I bought that Samsung Christmas Eve for 999.99. Best Buy screwed up their pricing for like 3 hours. It is now back to 1199.99. I went in yesterday and noticed the change. The 999.99 price was supposed to run through the 30th. The guy told me that they screwed up.

I LOVE IT so far.
