It's time to retire the ol CRT. I'm planning to buy the 46XBR4 this week.

OneCall seems to have the lowest cost for me. $2765 for the XBR4. Has anyone bought from OneCall before?

 

I have never used OneCall, are they an authorized sony retailer? I recommend B&H for a good online sony authorized retailer.

I say use an authorized sony dealer because I just had an issue with my sony lcd and I am glad I had gone with B&H.

 

According to CNET, OneCall is an authorized dealer, so it shouldn't be a problem. B&H's price is $300 higher than OneCall.

 

I've only heard good things about Amazon.com shipping LCDs/Plasmas. It's currently listed for $2,700 right now w/ free shipping and no tax.

By the way...I have the 52" XBR4 and it's by far one of the best LCDs I have ever seen. You won't be disappointed.

What about the Samsung ln46a650 or 750?

I haven't compared the two myself. But there are plenty of reviews of the 650 that say it's better then the xbr4 /5

 

The Samsung and Sony seems negligible in quality. They both have similar ratings on review sites. However, my wife and I can't get past the red ToC.
