On a 52" Mitsubishi LT-52144 LCD tomorrow. Good sale price at so-so retailer (Fry's), but other better places will match the price. Hopefully I can bargain a little lower than Fry's price at Showcase (Tweeter) or Ultimate Electronics.

Dumped the Fry's Deal cause they won't take AMEX, and it's Fry's......... No one else had it in stock...

Amazon can do the same deal, so I am going to get from them.

Anyone who has ordered a TV from Amazon (not a third party through Amazon): Do they deliver to the curb, the door, or do they open, place and unpack the TV?

 

Well, Amazon said they deliver, open and set up the set, BUT, now they are on backorder........

 

Amazon delivers through White Glove. I got my Sammy 4665F from them. They bring the TV in, unpack it, set it up for you and turn it on to show you it's working. They'll even take away the packaging and throw it away from you.

I asked them to leave the packaging in case I needed to send it back for anything, but other than that, they were very nice and very professional.

Edit: Keep a close eye on the price of your TV after you buy it. If it changes within 30 days, you can call and receive the difference from them up to two times.

My TV went down by $78 and $74 dollars within a month and they refunded me each time very quickly. +1 for Amazon. I love them.
