Does anyone know the button sequence you have to hit on the cable box when you first turn it on to get into the sub menu? Im trying to made non HD channels widescreen and know it can be done from the cable box but not sure how to get into it. I would assume most cable boxes are going to be the same even with different service providers so even if you dont have comcast and know how to do it please post it up..... thanks...


I'd imagine I could just call comcast and find out but that really doesnt help my post count now does it

I found out the old fashion way but picking up the phone.

With the cable box off and the tv on hit the menu button then change to stretch. Easy as pie

 

And if you want to get into the diagnostic menu, shut off the box and press the select button within 1 second.
