Any difference in BRD players?
$500, less would be better. Looking at these two. Others to look at?

I haven't followed BD players in the past 6 months or so, but for a long time the PS3 was considered the best. BD-Live since it has a built in network card. Excellent DVD upscaler. Full HTML browser (although sites are quirky). Built in memory for videos, photos, and music. There should be some decent Black Friday deals but it's usually $299.
I was actually going to suggest that you at least take a look at the Oppo if your budget extended up to $500.
Oppo has been a pretty respected name in the niche of upscaling DVD players for a number of years. I believe they only started shipping their BDP within the past 12 months. Regardless, if you poke around the AVS forums for the name Oppo, you'll likely find them thought of favorably.
As far as things to look for in a player I can only offer advice of what I came across back when I was researching my stuff which was quite a while ago by HT equipment standards.
A) Make sure the player can bitstream all of the audio standards. Some, including the PS3, could not back when I was in the market.
B) Make certain the player can output 24p. Some of the real low end WalMart/Target level players actually could't back when I was in the market. This is a non-issue though if your TV can't accept a 24p signal.
C) See if you can find any consensus on load times. Back when I was in the market, the Sony players had load times that were nearly twice that of the other comparable brands.
