Will Weed B Gone or Round Up harm Hosta plants? I have a bed of Hostas in my back yard but its full of weeds.
I'd rather use Round Up since it kills grasses too. But I don't want to kill the Hostas

I wouldn't use either of those sprays around a hosta. Any leafy plant will most likely be affected. Round-up will definitely kill the hosta... and I wouldn't want to chance it with a selective, systemic spray like Weed-B-Gone. Hosta's have a lot of surface area to suck up the chemicals.
If I were you, I would suck it up, get on my hands and knees and pull the weeds by hand (even if there's an assload of weeds in there). After you do it once, it'll be that much easier to keep your garden weed free in the future.
I had the same issue last year. 2 days of picking weeds on and off and about 30 Twisted Teas helped get the job done. Now I only see a weed once in a greta while and pick it by hand. Gives me satisfaction to pick the little buggers myself.
EDIT: If you do decide to use a chemical spray, it is very important to avoid getting ANY spray(or overspray) on the Hosta leaves.. If you go that route, make sure you choose to spray on a day with absolutely NO wind.

hostas = weeds. weed killer would definately kill them... and I think that would be a good thing

i'd pass
pull them...
or... VERY CAREFULLY WIPE some roundup on the leaves of the weed. Actually put on a cotton glove, put some roundup on the glove and touch the weed leaves. That'll take care of it too.

I guess I'll just bite the bullet and pull the weeds and other crap out. Thanks for the advice.
