Looking for the name of this design

Its a Traditional Spanish home; the main feature being the open courtyard in the center.

This is reeeealy close and maybe if I find out the real name for this style I can do a better search http://www.amazingplans.com/catalog....4&item_id=2054

Im really looking for a floorplan that has the living areas on the bottom floor and the bedrooms plus a loft on the second floor that is open to the courtyard below (2nd floor hotel style).

^ LOL, don't even laugh... we were this close |-| to going to a builder in a neighborhood right behind ours to see if we could get more house for the money. We decided against it though since we're very happy with what we have here (for now)....

I think it's just natural to look...

I'm happy where I am, but I do "research" in my area for homes like mine and bigger just to get a feel for what my house is worth (and how much it would cost to upgrade)...

Most of the builders over here just call them courtyard homes.

Before I bought the PT I had a picture on my desktop for motivation to save.

Now I want a picture of floor plans for the home I want so I can get through the next 6 years of school

Pics of the condo to follow today. The walk through went well. I love it

I'd love something like that. Too bad it would cost a fortune out here because of the land cost.

LOL. We're going to talk to the builder today or tomorrow. We could probably get a 7200 square foot house loaded and have $50k less on our mortgage due to what we've made here.

Realistically we won't move... and you'll see why when you see the new pics of the yard . We really aren't in the mood to re-create that somewhere else. If we didn't have the pool we may consider it... but we're not going anywhere now... especially considering how much higher the mortgage rates are verses what we have...
