Talpirid-Lawn Mole killer
Moles are tearing the hell out of my lawn lately. I have been flooding their tunnels with castor oil and employing grub killer to the lawn to no avail.
I just ordered 'Talpirid worms' to feed to the little bastards, so I'm hoping for a reasonable result.
Has anyone here delt with a lawn mole infestation at their residence?
Please discuss.
Peace.

Yep, these are the best choice. They're basically fool proof if you set them right.

Thanks for the posts!
I have the poison worms on the way. Going to try those first, if they don't work that device will be the next experiment for sure.

Yeah, it's a good long-term investment. Eventually the worms will end up getting expensive.
You just have to be careful not to get a finger skinned off while setting/de-setting it or accidentally hitting one with a car/lawnmower. Otherwise they're great.

What didn't she like? The sight of that being in the yard or hurting the moles?
If she's worried about the moles, I'd tell her this isn't as bad as poisoning them

Yeah, maybe I'll give one to my nephew for his birthday
And you're lucky...one of my neighbors catches at least 100 per year with these traps. Personally I could care less...their mounds get leveled when I cut the grass.

A few years ago we had mole problems and I bought a few devices call English Sissor traps They are similar to the device pictured but instead of poking them with spikes the mole would trigger two spring loaded sossor blades that would then close and break its neck or squish its body. Disposal was easy and not messy at all. Good luck!
