Sweet Garage!

Man this is one sweet garage build!

I'd love to be able to build something like his... Must of been way north of $150k to build. There's a lot of pics so be warned.

I really like the tunnel idea though. I also like his "toys."

Man, that thread just got better and better, I was drooling, but when he posted the theater pictures my jaw hit the floor. Absolutely amazing build, so jealous. And the lambo and ferrari are a nice touch as well

LOL... he probably paid close to $150k for the architectural/engineering drawings, plus ground prep and foundation alone.

A decent 4 car garage with small upstairs quarters will run you around $75k-$100k depending on details. At $75 sq/ft, based on his square footage, you'd be looking at ~$266k for a "regular" garage that size. Now factor in the fact that it's a "bunker", plus the theater, hallways, etc... AND the details that went into everything.... I'm guessing it's probably between $550k-$650k. Looking at that theater... I'd say that was close to $100k alone... and that doesn't factor in the electronics, etc. I'm willing to bet there's no Insignia equipment in there. I'd add another $75k-$100k for the equipment plus installation and calibration...

Easily a half-million dollar space once all is said and done....easy. Very impressive as well

The command center is a nice touch as well! All the exercise equipment alone is maybe around 50k +

What's crazy is he was able to get all the permits. I know there is no way in hell my town would allow something like this after everything has been developed.

That is fucking insanely awesome

I DO wonder what he does for a living. I saw in the thread that someone asked but I don't think he answered.

i'm still trying to calculate how much he paid to just build the structure, let alone the toys for the inside...

$200k?

I'm pretty sure towards the end of the thread, he throws out a number of $500k.

Good luck selling that house someday for more than the money put into it. Anyone read through the entire thread? He also purchased a Lambo and an F430...nice.

I don't think he cares about the resale, especially going through those kind of cars as soon as he does. He has money to burn.
