Yea, Kevo is useless for SmartThings and I've read about Kwikset being super easy to bump but who knows. Yale seems to have a few a Smart Locks with good reviews.

I think the looseness issue is because all the connection points are in the lower third of the device, so the top 2/3rds seem to slightly "pull away" from the door. If it were my door (it's on an office) I would probably just toss a little gorilla glue in there (or some double sticky tape) and call it a day.

I got the Yale Assur SL in Brushed Nickel from PC Richard & Son, with the Homekit module. But you can get the Zwave or Zigbee modules otherwise. It works great!

OK, finally got around to calling Yale about the looseness of my lock I posted here in June 2017...

Wow, theyactually have really good customer service!

Had a guy on the line within 2 minutes or so, and he told me exactly what to do to fix the issue. Fixed it and now the lock is secure to the door.
