Its good for the skin and bones, especially if you are old. But dont expect any return on investment in terms of resale value. I mean $0.

no, i think my parents have found their last home. i just wanted to do something nice for them.

OK. I know some people who have it and love it, and others who have it and never ever use it. If they have arthritis or anything like that they will probably use it alot. Otherwise, its hard to say for sure whether or not they will like it /use it.

a steamroom is hot and has steam and a sauna is just hot

My parents have a sauna. Mom always wanted one so dad gave in and built it.

They used it less than 10 times in the last 5 years (or more).
