This coming January, I am going to be moving in with my sister into a two bedroom apartment (assuming everything goes according to plan) and I had a question about furniture. I currently have furniture in my (parents) house, but it's about 16 years old. It's definitely still holding up, and it's not horrible looking either....I'm just ready for a change since this has been the only furniture I've seen to grace my personal space since my conception.

I went to go visit my sister this past weekend where we went looking at some different complexes. We've pretty much got it narrowed down to the one we want, and unless something comes up that makes us not want it anymore, we're pretty set on this one complex. We went to go look at the model, and the furniture in there is pretty much exactly the kind of style I like. A mix of contemporary and modern with a little bit of an asian influence.

I know this would probably depend between different complexes, but does anybody know if complexes ever sell room sets of furniture through the company that furnished the model? They would at least have the furniture provider wouldn't they? I plan on calling them tomorrow just to see if they can at least give me a name. Not that the style of furniture would be impossible to find anywhere else, but apparently I suck at putting things together furniture/decorating wise...I got a long speech from my sis when I helped her set up her apartment last year.

Just curious if anybody had any experience with this.
