Other then the new alarm system, we are replacing all the windows!!

But seriously, the exciting thing is that we are redoing the patio. Ill get pics of what its not, but the new one will contain a built in grill, fire pit and a hot tub.

Hot tubs seem so 1980's to me. We have a jetted tub in the master and have used it like twice in three years.

Be sure to post up pics, I'm looking for ideas.

Trying to convince the wifey to let me go crazy on the patio too. Screened in gazebo/three season room, two way fireplace, outdoor TV set up, built in grill, etc. We had one of those nice 'tent' thingies but it there was no place to stake it down into the brick pavers - tried to weigh down the posts with heavy bricks, but whenever strong storms blew through the wind would lift it up like a sail and toss it across the yard - we need something more substantial.
