Looks great. I really like the new floors and cabinetry.

Is that plug outlet in the Kitchen crooked?

I heard there were some GREAT deals on houses in the LA area now; is that true?

^^ I don't think so?

What's great deal? In general, all houses price in California has gone down, but it's not like you can buy a house for 2/3 of asking price. You might able to cut down $10-20k maybe little more, but no more than that. but I'm pretty sure if you really look around then you can find houses that you call it "GREAT DEAL". I mean if you go to nice areas people still buy houses for what the buyer's asking for w/o any deal, so I guess it all depends. All I know it's not worth buying a house at this time unless you are super rich or able put 30-40%down.

Looks crooked to me too, but I agree the outlet is straight. It's all the tile that's crooked!

btw, it was already in good condition, but we just renovated to fit into our style. I'm not going to say how much exact we paid for, but let's just say that we paid over mill before renovation.

Damn! Love the house after renovation. We need to do our kitchen, but dad wont approve. How big is that display? Brand/Model? I'm guessing the Sony XBR 52" LCD? The whole house looks freaking amazing.
