Smile Our first home. Pics inside.

So bought our first place a week ago. Got a great deal and almost new home. 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, 1854 sq ft of living space and total almost 4300 sq ft lot. Some pics...

Master bedroom

Two other bedrooms and a full bath to the right..

Backyard..

Got plans for upgrading kitchen in near future sometime with cherry wood cabinets and granite countertops with stainless steel appliances.
Thanks for looking.

Thanks everyone.
Nugs3- its in SF east bay, about the concrete yard, it was done like this by the last owner and I am not going to alter it, maybe thinking about putting a medium sized fountain where the rose bush is and get rid of cherry and orange tree you see in the pic. Not sure yet, we'll see.

svmike- that avy is killing me. :smitler: Jefford.

Very cool. If you don't mind sharing, what did you pay for the place?

I was originally trying to buy in San Jose but ended up in Tracy due to the lack of homes that would qualify for an FHA loan that I could afford!

Thanks everyone. Won't be doing anything for at least a year or so but I will update when ever I do anything.

I got the sq ft wrong in my OP. Its 1865 sq ft not 1854.

You could put like....a washer in that extra 11 sq ft. Washer AND Dryer if it's stackable!!!

Conrats on the house!

Damn, that home would be over half a million out here. Congrats. I agree you should do something with the backyard. Sucks not having more grass but I can understand not wanting to yank out all that concrete. Agree with the cherry wood cabinets, granite countertops, and new appliances.
