New shed + BONUS!!!
So our old shed is in worse condition than I originally thought. Decided it was better to just tear it down and have a new one built. We pretty much store power equipment (snow blower, lawn equipment, etc)
Here's the old one.
Going to go with this style. It's made by the Amish and in our case will have to be built on-site (access to the backyard is too tight). Going to go with this style. 10'x12'
Bonus: My wife gave me an early Anniversary present. She's had issues with me using part of the basement as my woodshop. She was hoping she could finish the entire basement and use it as a recroom. So she offered to buy another shed to use as a woodshop.
Right now I'm looking a 12'x16' that would be placed on the side of our sunroom. It would be mostly hidden when you're in the backyard.
Here's the design (not the colors)

I'm looking at a 12x16 classic workshop (same as pic above) built on-site for ~$3600

So we had the new shed delivered a few weeks ago. This one is 2 feet longer than the one above.
Demo took a little longer than I had anticipated.
Pick up a Bagster from Waste Management to get rid of the old shed.
Spent a good deal of time prepping the pad. Dug down a bit to add about 6" of 3/4" clean stone as a base. The old shed rotted at the bottom so I built the base up several inches.
It was delivered already assembled which required me to remove several sections of fence to get it into the yard. That was an adventure. The pvc posts were concreted in so I had to get creative.
Ended up cutting the pvc posts about 6 inches below the ground but with enough left in the ground to insert a 4x4. Both pieces of post were screwed into the 4x4 with SS screws. It's not going anywhere but will allow me to remove them if and when I need to.
Here's the new shed.
Still looking to add another shed as a workshop for me on the other side of the house next to the sunroom.

Looks good and wow that took some time. As for adding another shed, I understand why you would want to but how big is your yard? Maybe it's just me but more than one shed in a yard looks kind of rough sometimes.

We have over 1/3 of an acre and the shed will be tucked behind the sunroom on the opposite side of the house. It will blend in nicely.
