My New House.
Here are some pics of my new house that i closed on about 2 weeks ago. This house is a big difference from my last house. i was contempt in my 1200sq ft house, but unfortunately my wifes ex-boyfriend moved in across the street. I got lucky because my old house got a bid on it in 6 days and it was my asking price. and another big plus is that i went to closing on both houses 5 days after my 5 year anniversary in my old house. which means i qualified for a 6500 tax credit.
Some of the pics are from the old owners. the basement shots are all new stuff. i am still working on getting a stripper pole but that had to go on the back burner since the house came with a projector, but the unit busted. so instead of the pole i needed to get an epson projector. enjoy.

my last house had a one car garage that was almost inoperable. could barely fit my car in there and open the door just enough to squeeze my way out of the door. i know in those type of houses people have raises 4-5 kids. i could barely fit me and my wife.. don't know how people do it.. but keep working hard and hopefully the property value in florida will still be a little low.

Use to be right across the street from you but you moved... now I gotta find something in Aston Nah JK... I live in Port Richmond, but I'm actually looking to move somewhere in that area, I'm tired of Philly but I need to stay close to 95 for work. Good luck with the crib... it looks like a good find!

86 the wife doc, your crib is the ideal bachelor pad! J/K. Sheeit you could waste hours at your playpen with the boys on a saturday afternoon watching ball, shooting stick, raiding the fridge, hitting the pool. Nice.

Man I miss having a house with a basement. Rare in the PNW. Split level's are about as close as you can get unless you buy something really old and not where you really want to raise your kid(s).

i got the chairs from a place called Ashley Furniture. I got it in Jersey. I looked everywhere for a couch that was comfortable. there is a couch on one side that has 2 reclining ends. there is a middle wedge piece and there is a love seat that has both reclining and storage in the middle.

Wow Doc, you must be a real doctor.
That is a beautiful house topped off with a great fridge and a great bar! I'm sure you worked hard to get where you got, so a big congratulations are in order.
And what's that pretty ride in the driveway?
Well done.

Well if you can inflict pain, and prescribe pain killers to offset the inficted pain...youz a doc!
In any case, there's nothing better than the feeling of accomplishment (and dread) signing that mortgage. Unless of course you paid cash. Either way...good luck to you and the Mrs.
