Most comfortable couch?

I'm looking to order a ton of furniture online this weekend, because I'm moving out on Sunday...Does anyone have any recommendations for a living room couch?

Also has anyone ordered furniture off of this website? - http://www.americanfreight.us

I was considering this...http://www.americanfreight.us/displa...t.php?item=370

What do you guys think?

Furniture is too personal for me to order online, I need to sit on it etc to make sure it's what I want as I'm pretty picky about that kind of stuff. The sectional looks nice though, I'd look around the net for reviews about the company and their quality/service.

I don't think I could order a couch without sitting on it first. There are so many variables that make a couch comfortable or uncomfortable, and those are all different depending on the person, their height, and preferences. For example, I find some couches too high or the bottom cushions too deep for my legs to hang over comfortably...or the angle of the back doesn't allow me to sit up comfortably, etc. IMO, try 'em out before purchase.

It's all personal preference, but I wouldn't get it (not that it matters). I don't like that the bottom cushions are a different colour from the base, but again, that might be exactly what draws *you* to it. I also don't like the use of throw pillows instead of back cushions.

I did order a dining room set from the original furniture.com and had no issues. But that was after visiting a about 6 stores. You need to goto the stores.

Never ever buy furniture without sitting in it, preferably in the various positions you'll find yourself in. (thats what she said)

I've bought bedroom sets online, but always get the mattresses only after trying them in a store. I would never buy a couch online for the reasons already explained.

I did a quick google of the seller and they seem kind of sketchy.

believe it or not, some of these huge chains are awesome. Kalin furniture has some amazing stuff and they are friendly and help you configure everything to your house. Rooms to go has a lot of stuff at good prices, their quality is really good and they are really helpful when you need a service call for any reason...

We just shopped extensively for a new leather set (couch, loveseat, chair/ottoman) for our great room and settled on a Natuzzi set. I absolutely LOVE it....nice, soft leather, but tough enough to stand up to a family. I literally sit in it and just rub the leather...I like it that much
