My yard sucked before. Had some terrible makeshift parking space made with pavers and timbers. This is what it looks like today:

Well garage was super crowded with snowblower, lawn mower, tiller, etc so I'm putting up a shed for the stuff. This is what I had after I finished up yesterday.

Also my old gate was a POS. Sagging and flimsy. It was just 2 fence panels trimmed to fit the opening. I built brand new gate from good 2x4s and pressure treated fence pickets. Here's the result for the larger gate, I have 2 small entry gates left to build:

I like the new concrete walk and patio! The gate looks good too! Your new shed will be nice for storage - I sure could use one like that.

 

The shed is from a local (to the Midwest) hardware store called Menards. It was on a super sale when I got it, something like 800 marked down to 500 so I snatched it up. The construction of it was a bit tedious because it wasn't very well made at all. I had to modify a few parts but the end result was pretty decent. One door hangs up a little but besides that it works good.

 

Oh crap you're in Milwaukee too?! Nice to see more locals. I met a group of guys from the 3G TL forum not too long ago, great bunch of guys.
