1250 sq ft. condo but I don't think that counts the balcony or the deck.
Around here, that's pretty big. My friend just bought a condo in Fairfax for 250k and that was only around 750sq ft.
Housing in this area sucks.

1300 sq ft lakefront condo, 15 ft high ceilings in every room except the guest room and foyer. They still haven't finished repairing the construction defects though so I can't move back in yet.

Moved from about 1500 in a three-story Victorian row home in the Art Museum District to a 850 sf "deluxe one-bed" in a high rise. Surprising to me what I don't miss about the larger space, and what I appreciate about the compactness of our new residence. Demands some care in "editing" possessions - books and magazines in particular - but it is so much easier to maintain.

Nope, though I looked at it. We're in the Academy House, a large very anonymous condo right next to the Academy of Music.

I say 1000 sq.ft.
Its really 993 sq.ft., I don't know if that includes the balcony and the decent sized storage closet off of the balcony.
