Household chemical storage

I'm looking for a small lockable cabinet that I can keep in my basement to store various household chemicals such as insecticides. Can you recommend something? It doesn't need to be anything fancy. Even if the door handles just accepted a masterlock that would be good enough.

Try a office warehouse furniture surplus store. I remember buying a similar metal cabinet years ago from one of those at dirt cheap prices that would fit the bill perfectly.

Doopstr, just a thought...

Do you want these items in the garage instead of the basement? If there is a leak or some kind of vapor release from one of these products (or hell, just the odor), I am not sure I would want it contained in the basement. I don't have kids, but I would prefer to have the locked unit in the garage. My stuff is in the garage now on wire shelves, but will be out there locked up when needed.

Good point, maybe garage is better. I have two sources of ignition in the basement, water heater and furnace.
