Sweet. I like your light over the island. I've installed a few of those at work.

And I like the countertops

And if possible, post another pic when you get the fridge in... I'd like to see what color you get and how it looks.

Nice. Grass makes so much of a difference, doesn't it? Kind of like our backyard... it still doesn't feel quite finished, but once the sod goes down, I'm sure it will...

Anyway, looks great! Now have fun furnishing it and personalizing it

Very nice looking house. We have the same cabinets and counter tops... totally love em.

Now all you gotta do is drop a sub z in that bad boy and you're set.

no I have not. I only got in one mow before season ended so I have yet to feel the change of going from 1/4 acre to 1/2 acre. It took me double the amount of gas and almost time when I did mow it though. Won't have money for a rider for quite some time...plus a nice Ariens snow thrower will probably be first on the list since now I have a sidewalk in front of the house I am responsible to clear and the driveway is so much bigger. Ugh. I wish I was rich and I could pay for all this type of stuff to be done for me, but we are no where near rich (even further away now!)....So all done by me, by hand.

I am not familiar with what you are saying about a "laminate edge"? But this is our first granite counter top so I am uneducated about how it is referred to etc.

It is solid granite and the edge style is called OGEE (I think that is how it is spelled) Color is Tropical Brown. It is gorgeous - they did a great job.

They will be building for another 5-8 years they figure. I think they can only do 50 per year per the town code or something. So you should really think about getting in now...even with the market balancing out I am more than sure this baby will be worth more in 5 years. The next phase they are doing will have 1 acre lots - wow - those will def. be priced higher.

I shortcut through Hamilton Rd. all the time...small world
