Finally finished my 3 season porch into an actual room

Well I decided that I wanted to get a spa so I decided to finish off my 3 season porch and make it actual living space. I gutted it down to the studs, insulated it and sheet rocked. I took all of the storm windows out and added new windows and a french door. New recessed lights too.

what kind of ventilation and air circulation system did you install to deal with the incredibly high level of moisture in the air from a hot tub? without a beefed-up air circulation system, you are sure to see issues with drywall mold, light fixture corrosion, eventual window seal failure, etc, etc.

Very Cool!
Is that a beer tap that I spy?

How much time do you actually spend in the spa? The plasma there is great and I love it, but I cannot imagine getting much QT in there bc of the wife and kids

Well I have just come to the realization that I can hang sheet rock, but taping is not for me at all.

Looks good.

So you did the gut, elec and tile... other that the drywall and windows, what else was left? Paint? Just saying it seems like you did quite a bit.

Are you gonna put curtains up for the door and windows? I don't know if it's just me, but I'd want some privacy in a place like that.
