Exterior Door Hardware

Guys,
Anyone have any recommendations on good exterior door handles/knobs and dead bolts - more from a weathering perspective. Everytime I buy new hardware (fancy handle or even a knob) in a few years they are tarnished etc. This new house we are getting away from brass look and going with Brushed Nickel. Any manufactures whose finish actually lasts? I only know of Schlage and Baldwin and Kwickset. Are there any really good ones that back thier product against tarnishing and pitting etc?
Thanks!

Our builder offered a choice of brass or brushed nickel. Both were from the same company, and both have stood up well against the heat of the south (as well as the ice storms in the winter). If you're wondering how I know, we have brass as to many neighbors, but several other neighbors have brushed nickel. AFAIK no one has had to have their hardware replaced...

The brand of hardware is Yale...

Check out Baldwin, available at Home Depot. From what I remember when we bought door hardware it has a lifetime warranty on tarnishing and pitting.
