Is it easy to adjust a sprinkler head?

My neighbor (whom we do not really speak to - perhaps cultural differences?) got a new sprinkler system put in. One of the heads must be pointed at my driveway because each morning it is all wet on the driveway by this one head. Are they easy enough to adjust by hand or is it a big deal to do? If it is easy I will just go outside one night and adjust it. If not I will attempt to explain to them they need to turn it a little. I would appreciate any tips on adjusting it.
Thanks.

Most have 2-3 inset screws for adjustment of the spray and the rotation.

Net, net is it should just take a screwdriver, but it is a tricky adjustment unless you know the type of head because you could be adjusting the wrong way.

Obviously you'd need to wait for it to turn on in order to know if it's adjusted correctly.

My Toro system simply requires a flat head screwdriver.

it depends on the sprinker and the quality of it, my crappy ones require a screwdriver, but a simple twist of the head will fix it, these are the rotating ones. Tough the heavy duty Hunter and Rainbird 42SA's have a mandatory screwdriver policy as its almost imposible to turn them when on or off without the key. easy way to fix, unscrew the entire sprinker and put it on his lawn.
