$3600 with ~$300 in tools and $850 in vinyl siding. If the HOA didn't require it to match the house in material and color I could've done it for ~$2600 using LP siding. I'm also doing soffit and ridge venting, which is likely overkill. Most shed companies near me quoted $4k+ for a standard shed with LP siding built on site. There's no way to have one delivered without destroying grass.

It'll just be on skids; there's no requirement here to have them anchored. I thought about pouring concrete forms and anchoring it that way but no one here does it that way.

True. The weather now looks like mid-high 80s around the time I plan to start. Mornings should be in the 60s, and I plan to get a lot done while the sun is still behind the trees.

You are doing the venting correctly. Mine has both of those vents and I know it is also shaded by many trees but it is oddly cool inside of it during the hot summer months. The heat just doesn't seem to stay inside of it.

I need to vent mine. I am looking at cutting into the front and back at the top and mounting a vent.
