Does anyone have any better flooring in their garages rather than the usual gray cement? Wanted to do an Epoxy coating or Flextile (which I think is some rubber tile?) We're in NC, so the temperatures get hot and have very hot tires when parking the cars in the garage. Is this still an issue with modern epoxy coatings? No heavy tool work in the garage, but there is the occasional oil leaks, dropped wrenches, etc.

I saw this sign near some houses where I they got epoxy coating done.

How about the Flextile? Is that any good? Is that sealed though, is it water-sealed?

whats your budget?

if you are going to do any synthetic type of tile, nothing beats racedeck...

otherwise you can just lay down porcelain tile with dark grout...
