Basement done
Well it's been done for quite some time now. It was originally a partially finished 80s wood paneling walls with awful drop ceiling in 1/3 and the other 2/3 was unfinished. The section that was finished is where the ping pong table was. There was a wall where the two columns were. There are also two large closets on the right of this photo. One is my wood shop which is a mess right now. Other is wife's crap closet and extra fridge. Kids got the ping pong table last night for Hanukkah. Next is to build some more shelves for the cars. They are kind of cramped.

now that's a man cave!
Were the columns necessary though? IS that not a solid beam across the basement?
