I'm going to be shopping for an area rug (maybe Oriental?) for our dining room. Where is a good place to shop for a rug?

Every once in a while I hear advertisements on the radio for "blow out" and "unbelievable deals" on Oriental rugs. Are they really good deals or are their rugs junk?
