A very healthy yet tasty wrap

I have always been a health freak. Since I was 13 I have always watched what i eat and played sports in school. The past couple of years i have been working out for two hours a day. So I consider myself very athletic. My parents are in Las Vegas, mom does all the cooking in our house. So moms not here to cook, im dirt broke and very bored. So i decided to expirement with something.

1. Boneless chicken strips
2. Marinate them in straight up hot sauce (you'll need a lot)
3. Dash a little bit of season all on them
4. throw them on the grill
5. Get low-carb peta bread
6. Spread jalepeno ranch dressing on bread
7. Dice up the chicken
8. Put chicken in the bread
9. add- cheese, lettuce, jalepenos, onions, and tomatoes
10. wrap it up and place it on the grill for a couple seconds while applying pressure.

AND BAMMMM! You got yourself a flamin-HOTTT, low carb, high protein wrap.

I would also like to add that this is my first time cooking and it actually turned out amazing!

Sounds good, just gotta be careful with how much dressing and cheese you use.
