Vball Spiking

I felt I'd take the photo camera with me last nigt and have a couple of friends tape a little bit of my spiking warm up before the open gym started. It's more realistic with the volume up.

Youtube really compresses the shit out of videos. Where else can I host? These files are less than 10MB each.
