you know whats funny? I see plenty of old fat people who have been fat all their lives. That's what always get's me about this fitness craze stuff. Shit if you have good health insurance your gonna live pretty damn long either way unless your a glutton but for people like me, who work out because if they stop for a minute will blow up like a blimp, I doubt I would die earlier from being a lil plump.
