damnit! slow down a little I can only run every other day because I do have a regular workout routine along with tennis.

I'm slowly trying to get back into distance but the days after I run, I'm sore as shit.


I mean I stretch like crazy and I do leg work outs but running...jeez...puts some pounding on my legs. I can play tennis for 4 hours and not be sore the next day but if I run 2-3 miles, my legs are hurting...don't know why...

 

Fuck it! I finished it off this morning and did 5 miles My legs were hurting from running last night but after my 3rd mile, I thought I could do another 5 miles.


I'll figure out something for the next challenge....

how about first to 100 miles? 500 miles will take me like 6 months.

I haven't read the whole thread but if you are having problems with the sensor, make sure the rounded part is facing down. I had mine upside down for a while, didn't work at all.

I just got a new job that's why I havent been on here as much but I'll be down for the cause...i think we should list our emails we use or make a private list if no one wants to post their emails...unless they get smart and start using screennames to do challenges...hopefully they will have buddy lists eventually

I just thought of something, since Nike makes a heart rate monitor/watch... why can't they combine it with the Nike+... (and the chest strap) then your heart rate can be view on the screen as well... AND keeps track of your average H.R. (and progress, over time) that would be awesome!

(even though, I stop using the Nike+ cuz it wasn't accurate... I got really frustrated... I'd run the same route... and it would tell me 1/4, 1/2 etc. etc... at a different spot everytime... and yes, I'd calibrate it all the time )
