acutally subway can be healthy if you know what to get
wheat bread with oven roasted chicken breast..yummy!! but it can get pricey everyday

sandwhiches are your best bet...i usually have a tuna sandwhich...basically add tuna, some light mayonnaise, diced celery and voila!! add an apple or banana and you're good to go.

I usually try and stay away from start as much as possible. If I get a sandwich, I get whole wheat only.

Grilled or oven cooked turkey/chicken is my usual

back when i was eating healthier, id usually have a turkey sandwich with tomato and lettuce and cheese (yes i know i shouldve taken that out) on wheat bread. and only used mustard, no mayo.

i should really get back into the same routine i had back during the summer, it worked so much faster..

Lunch is usually my biggest meal. Yesterday i had 3 chicken breast patties, a salad w/ egg whites, tomatoes, and string beans and peas. I'm just trying to pack on the right weight.

I eat about 5-6 meals a day, so I have lots of meals while I'm at work..but the one I would call my lunch is:

2c spinach
1c mushrooms
1 small pouch tuna
1c strawberries

I am currently eating 3 meals at work each day (plus breakfast and another 2 after I get home).

My work meals are pretty much a combo of a carb (sweet/red potatoes, brown rice, oats) with a protein (chicken/turkey breast, albacore tuna). So nothing crazy. At home, I will get more creative with my meals to break up the monotony, such as make a chicken fajita salad using brown rice and Rotel and lettuce. I also will eat spaghetti, but instead of pasta I will use brown rice - it actually is pretty good.

I work out of the house, so I eat anything and everything. I eat 7-9 times a day.

Nice, 9 times a day! Are you on a plan where you eat small meals simply when you are hungry, or do you weigh out food? I thought 6-7 times a day was a lot.

Usually something like a boneless, skinless chicken breast, seasoned and grilled, a portion of whole grain pasta and a sandwich bag filled with raw veggies. Sometimes I'll have a piece of fruit also.

I'll substitute tuna or some lean beef when I get tired of chicken. I cannot begin to fathom how many chicken breasts I've eaten in the last three years.

I eat 5 meals a day.
