Increase Speed and Reflexes
Since I am playing rugby now I have run into a problem. Rugby is 40 minutes of continuous play where you get hit and you have to pop back up and start running again. It's not like football where you are tackled and then you start a new play. Well I need to know how to increase my speed and endurance, is there a site that has good examples of running excercises?

i play soccer and hockey both of which have similar demands...
in addition to running i rollerblade and run sprints to increase my explosiveness and lateral motion...
also being explosive while pressing the weight away from you is supposed to help build "fast-twitch" muscles or something...well thats what i read, if someone has more insight please offer it...
