And legs
How did 355 feel? If you couldn't get 360, either 355 was tough or 2 mins wasn't enough. Typically I wait 3 mins between work sets. Usually heavier the weight, the longer the wait. Safety first.

Just an update. Ive been getting heavier and fatter.. I've bloated up to almost back to 200lbs
anyways back in April I broke over the 1000lbs cumulative total.
1RM are:
Squat = 370lbs
Bench = 255lbs
Deadlift = 415lbs
Also signed up for self-sanctioned powerlifting meet in September.
Its basically following IPF rules but I don't need to be an IPF member nor wear a singlet :gheylaugh:
Gonna need to drop back down to 83KG to be more competitive
We'll see how that goes.

I'm going the opposite way of you and dropped 10 lbs and feel so damn weak lol. Workout hasn't changed much, all diet.
So for deadlift no straps right? Gotta chalk it up?

Miz, that's impressive mang.
We used to classify that as All-American (2x body weight).

I didn't want to compete either but all my gym buddies were bugging me.
also the good thing about this one is I don't have to be a member and pay membership fees for any federation. USPA, USAPL, USPF, IPF, IDGAFOS etc

yes I have lost a lot of weight, but the title was "I'm still fat" which is true. I have a doctors note to prove it
also ive been lied to my whole life. They measured my height and I'm 2 inches shorter than what I was told
