Have any of you guys tried this or know someone who does? Any opinions?

I am thinking of taking these, but I hear that Stack 2 is better and something called Thermosic (i think) is good also.

from everything I've heard Hydroxycut sucks now that there's no eph in it... over priced like all MuscleTech crap and not worth it... if you look at reviews you'll see most people saying they didn't loose much weight...

IMO make an ECA stack and you'll get more bang for you buck.

I am taking it right now to help me burn extra fat, I'll let you know in a few weeks. I'm a fairly thin person (5'11 150-155lbs), but the beer belly has been growing over the past year.

Anything without ephedrine is bacially useless....

Wouldn't go as far as to say useless, but eph had a much more dramatic effect. It's a shame people abused it so much to the point where it was removed.

Nutrex Lipo 6, it worked for me and it has no ephedrine. Their new product Lipo 6x looks promising too. But if you feel that ephedrine is the only way- then go buy you some alleregy/chest decongestant w/ ephedrine from dpsnutrition.net

Why do people resort to these fat loss supplements?!?!?!
IMO, eating a lot of greens along with a high protein source (fish, eggs, chick breast) goes a long way. Cut out refined carbs and you're good to go. If you want an extra kick, drink some green tea thru out the day.

^ - My soccer team took Thermadrine our senior year because we were convinced it gave us more stamina and energy. Whether that was just in our head, I did notice I was burning a shitload more fat than I ever had before. My diet and exercise routine stayed exactly the same - so it had to have been the ephedrine.

Yes, it takes away hunger....I lost about 15-20 lbs on it during my diet....However, I felt weak and unhealthy during the time I took it...

Isn't it legal to buy Ephedrine now? I thought the the FDA removed it from the banned list.

Yeah, its legal in the US now, but a lot of mainsteam places won't supply it....Not legal in the UK

My friend parents are medical editors and are telling him (who needs to lose about 40 pounds) to stay the hell away from this stuff... So at that, I will. Ive dropped close between 5-8 pounds the past week and a half working out for about 45 minutes to an hour and eating 3 healthy meals a day. So, I really see no need to use that stuff.

5-8 pounds in a week and a half is def including water weight...

nobody needs to use anything, you don't NEED to take protein or any other supplements...

I've found it helpful when it comes to getting rid of the last few pounds, as those tend to be the most stubborn...

as long as you use it as you're supposed to there's no problems with it - the whole reason it got banned originally was cuz stupid people were taking 400 mg of eph (max is supposed to be 100mg over the whole day) and then working out hardcore, outdoors in the sun not drinking enough water etc...

if you overdo anything it's bad for you... just like if you took 15 Tylenol 3's just cuz you thought the more you take the less pain you'd feel... that would def fuck you up...

as long as you follow instructions it's not so bad... but some people think that supplements are magic pills and the more they take 'em the quicker they'll get results

Using ephedrine within moderation has its benefits. When I was a senior in high school 7 years ago Exnadrene RF-1 first came out, cycled it for 6 weeks and maintained a clean diet. Didn't do extremely heavy cardio and lost close to 30lbs of baby fat at the time. Then later on when ephederine got banned I tried the EFX and nothing happened, like it was a sugar pill. So I've seen both sides and its greener on the ephedrine side. Now I use a ECA stack whenever I need to shed a few. I've been using it for the past few weeks and I'm definately going to be beach ready sooner than later

Don't waste your money on these new ephederine free products.

I buy the generic low dose asprin from Shoppers, the 200mg caffeine tabs from GNC and the 8mg 'Nasal Decongestant' ephedrine tabs from a small local fitness nutrition store...

i think it cost me $40 for 300 of the eph tabs...

oh and AS a bonus - I have pretty bad spring time allergies... and the eph takes care of that for me... no more runny/itchy nose, itchy eyes etc...

hmm.... right now i'm doing 24mg/200mg/81mg (or whatever the low dose one is) 2 times a day... i'm going to up it to 3 times a day starting next week....


i know someone who's doing 48mg/200mg (no A) twice a day...

craziness... but he's claiming it's fine as he's staying under the 100mg / day limit...

if you did it only before cardio you didn't get the other benefits from it... (appetite suppression/increased metabolism/thermogenics)

*shrugs, i find when i take the last one has more impact on sleeping than how much i take throughout the day...

mind you my first day i had a bit of trouble sleeping, after that as long as i don't take it close to bed time i don't have a problem sleeping... however I do find that i'm not tired when it comes to bed time and i have to remind myself that it's time to go to bed - but I don't have any problems falling asleep once i'm there...
