but i'm weird, i cant shower less than twice a day. But both sides of my family have hair well until their 90's.

The longest I go is every other day. Even if I rinse my hair without using shampoo, it still gets oily.

From what I read, the oils your scalp secretes IS good for your scalp and hair, but it doesn't do shit against baldness. Baldness is either the result of DHT (the bald spot) or heredity (receding hairline)

I hate cars

I hate to admit it but twice a week. I shower every day but leave the hair alone. My father was mostly bald by 25, many in my family go bald early on. Mine really hasn't changed at all yet. Sometimes I think it's receding then I see a picture from my late teens and nothing has changed.

I use Nioxin shampoo just for the hell of it. Not cheap but good insurance hopefully. FWIW, I'm 3/4 Irish. The rest is Spanish/Native American. I have one of the worst diets ever but I've worked out since I was 17. My testosterone is pretty high, around 800 when last tested and I've heard that higher test leads to baldness but not in my case.

Honestly, I'm afraid to shampoo too often just because of the baldness reason. When I worked in the office I shampooed every day but now I can wear a hat to work (which comes off anytime I'm not around people because I've heard it can cause balding). When I was single I shampooed mostly on the weekends for obvious reasons.
