Great resource
Just wanted to let everyone know (well, people that don't know about it) about a very good resource that has helped me tremendously in my weight loss/muscle building quest.
www.bodybuilding.com
The forums there have been incredibly supportive and are filled with almost anything you need to know.
BTW, I'm not in anyway affiliated with bb.com....I'm just spreading the word. I really appreciate that forum and most of the questions in this forum can be answered there (or most likely already have been).

Ya, there's a lot of info there.
This is particularly demanding:

This is particularly demanding:
If you can afford dedicating it the time, I believe that training twice a day for the same body part (if you can afford the training time) is the system that works best [for strength training]. The morning workout facilitates the evening workout. Then again, I make the individual train that body part 5 days later. The trainee will train 3 days out of five twice a day for 10 days, then go on to once a day for 5 days.

There's lots of good info on other sites. The biggest problem i find iwth most of them is that people get caught up in all the little tiny details - do i take 20 or 23 grams of glutamine with my shake? How much sodium is too much in my 4th meal of the day? - and they forget the basics.

I copied and formatted the Bodybuilding.com's exercise guides with pictures into a word file. If anyone wants it, i can email it 2.2mb/53 pages. I printed it out and left it in my gym for reference to difft exercises.
