I consider myself a healthnut and I've read many studies on the omega-3 benefits. But I haven't seen too much on which source is better.

Right now, I'm taking a liquid form. One bottle costs around $30. I'm looking for the cheaper pill version now.

If you have to pick, go for fish oil. It has a lot more usable omega 3s than flax.
