First 5K
I did a 5K this morning in Houston. I was expecting the humidity but I was breathing water. Anyway I did ok. 31:57. Kinda slow but I kept running. I feel great now, now that it is over and I'm back home. That is all.

I used to run them a lot back in the day. I'm pondering getting back in to shape to do them again.
Great job on your first race!

Good job... time for a ~40K marathon....
I ran my first marathon in Texas, so I feel your pain... It was in August with 100% humidity and 86 degree heat... I felt like dying, but finished under 2.75 hours. It was quite an achievement, one of the most proudest moments I've ever had.
