ECA Stack question

ECA Stack question
I used to take an ECA stack back when working out was a priority for lacrosse back in college. Now that ephedra is not legal anymore is a Expectorant Bronchodilator similar? Can 25mg bronchodilator pills be substituted for pure ephedra? Or is there something better out there for this?

It works really well and I like knowing the exact amount im putting into my body, you can never do that with ephedra based products since the % of ephedrine alkaloid varies. Yohimbine is used in place of aspirin works by mobilizing fatty acids to help rid fat faster. It is also a cheap supplement and comes in hcl form so you can get exact dosage.

By more I mean 4 tabs at a time tops. Definitely be careful about taking any more than that. Ephedrine has effects on your heart, and there have been some pretty ugly incidents involving people with asthma who used too much Primatene because they overdosed (thought it worked fast like albuterol and kept using it during an asthma attack)

I wouldn't use pseudoephedrine for an eca stack. There were many tests showing it isn't nearly as effective as ephedrine was with being an anorectic and a thermogenic which is the reason for using an eca stack.

Oops! I didn't see that he put "pseudoephedrine". Primatene is EPHEDRINE. Big difference. Definitely don't use pseudoephedrine (sudafed). It's more expensive and if you're buying that much you'll probably have cops knocking down your door thinking you're running a meth lab Thanks for catching that genlee!

Eitherway, its cheader to go with the vasopro at $18 shipped then having to use 4 primatene pills to every one vasopro.

It has that warning because ephedrine products are covered under the new pseudoephedrine laws. BUT...Primatene has ephedrine, not pseudoephedrine and in order for you to be violating that law, you'd have to buy a TON of the stuff. Here's the ingredient list from Clinical Pharmacology (the program pharmacists use to check for interactions, etc):
Primatene® Tablets
OTC
ephedrine HCl 12.5 mg I'm not mistaken, I
guaifenesin 200 mg
Looks like it actually has 12.5, which is closer to what I thought it was. So you'd only have to take 2 of them. I'm not sure how much the Primatene is, but make sure you include shipping charges when you're figuring out how much the vasopro is. Either one would work fine, but if the vasopro ends up being cheaper, I'd go with that instead of the primatene, because if took 2 primatene, you'd end up getting 400mg of guaifenesin, but one vasopro (25mg ephedrine) only has 200mg guaifenesin. They have to throw some guaifenesin in there so that it looks like it's just an innocent cold medicine, but if you don't have a cold, you don't really need the guaifenesin.

Oops...ignore that typo. ("I'm not mistaken I")
Looks like Primatene is around $11 for 60 tabs (30 doses) = $0.37/dose and Vasopro is $18 for 48 tabs (48 doses) = $0.38/dose...so they're basically the same price. If you feel like waiting for shipping, go with the vasopro. If not, swing by Target and pick up some Primatene.
