Cardio

Any body out there into fighting? I want to get a stregnth/cardio program that can sort of simulate what you go through in a fight, the adrenalin, exhaustion etc.

Any advice is apreciated, just want to see what other schools of thought are out there. Nothing crazy though that's gonna land me in jail.

I thought you were doing Krav Maga...I thought that was cardio intense.

Yeah, jui jitsu too. I'm doing tournaments and want to have a clearer head under pressure. Need to add a little something to my training, not sure what it is yet though.
The adrenaline kicks in and my mind gets foggy after a few fights :grrrr: .

So you want something more focusing?

Try Taiji.

Nah, maybe I need to start running in the sand at the beach while I check out all of the hot chicks.

mmm taiji is taiji...its its own thing. Just very hard to find a place teaches pure taiji and not some watered down hybrid.

My friend does it in DC...he's all into it.
