6-oxo ?
Has anyone used anything like this and seen any effects or side-effects???
Always seems hard to find unbiased opinions one way or the other on the web,
I was looking at instone forza or ErgoPharm 6-OXO at GNC and had never heard of them...
I don't really take many supplements other than good old protein and was wondering what else I can take that isn't a budget killler/actually will show improvement beyond diet/workout/exercise
I am 6'5"-6'6" about 228 and I would like to lose that last 5-10 lbs but I can't ever seem to do it without killing myself and then I usually bomb out for a while and gain the weight back... kinda stuck in the loop
thanks for any insight

Scientifically designed combination of 6-OXO, Tribulus, and ZMA to kick-start your body's own production of testosterone. FORZA-T is the only product to combine three distinct mechanisms for maximum testosterone boost
bla bla bla, and i didn't realize it was sponsered by stallowned :ghey:

Don't bother. Most of the supplements out there will have a relatively tiny effect - if any at all - on you. Stick with whey. I like ZMA because it helps me sleep, although there is some research that says it helps with test production.
You can get where you want by just getting your diet in check.
