Texted him and he has a few buyers but $1000 and it can be yours - perfect condition still and I had the pleasure to hear it myself when we worked on his car.
Note that if you have a base a-spec kit you will have to buy a rear type-s lip for the quads to fit, and add on money to get it repainted (type-s a-spec is only available in like two colours now; they're discontinuing) so expect at least another $350 on top.

Nothing too special. 3000ft range, pops trunk, unlocks door, turns on rear defroster when remotely started. Won't have to use the factory remote anymore, this unit bypasses it all. And compatible with drone mobile app for iPhone n blackberry. Lifetime warranty.
Has more lil features but I can't remember them all.

Told myself I wasn't going to get anything else for the car until it was paid off..
But thanks to GP for pointing out an ad in Barrie on kijiji, and Rob for actually getting quotes on the pieces, I've picked up the front lip and side skirts Not a chance I could pass it up after finding out it was actually ASM 08.
Now I'm undecided on whether to install this weekend, or wait until spring when it's nice out.

Yay!
I should probably stay away from Kijiji for the sake of everyone's wallet - I see too many good deals and tell members and friends about them lol
Took advantage of cyber monday deal on VLEDs and ordered reverse LEDs - coming in next week.
They're normally $40 but I got 25% off from the deal.
On another member's car:
So bright!

Haha well you actually helped me save money in the long run. I was going to grab the lip kit no matter what when the car was paid off, but if I waited I would need to get the front lip in a different colour and have it painted since ACK said ASM was discontinued. So thanks again!

If I had a garage, I would install it right away - I'm really impatient when it comes to car parts, though.
If no garage at home - I would arrange to install in a buddy's garage lol

I don't know why you guys would suggest wait until spring lol
It's not like we remove the lip kit when winter comes and install it again when snow goes away
"So you don't have to drive it through the winter"? - You're going to drive it through the next following winters as long as you own the car.
If you have a few hours to work in a garage to do the install, why not?
Just my thoughts.
Glad you went forward with the install and lets see some pics!

Well it's definitely way too cold to attempt the front lip even in my garage, so it looks like it'll have to wait a while.
Loving the sides though, and even though they're pretty subtle, it's a huge difference from stock
Don't mind the rims, this is what happens to plasti-dip after a year while going through a full winter. I think I'm going to go with a graphite/gun metal colour in the spring

Yup, you can use 3M tape.
I think I would bolt it down if it's a Type-S lip, so nobody would steal it easily.

im selling my stock parts if anyone is interested in the ottawa region..
full type-s exhaust, nhbp hood (dented in middle, i punched it), type-s suspension, rear tail lights (crack/small hole on passenger side with a dead spider in it LOL).
everything is off the car except the taillights, let me know if anyone is interested.
note: i know this is breaking forum rules with the black market, thats why i didn't post prices. just an interest post.

I'll think about it Azeez
Most likely won't grab it though, since I still need to get the rear lip to finish the kit.
Question though,
Front lip is going on today after work, do I need to wipe the bumper down with rubbing alcohol or is it fine to just make sure it's clean for the double sided tape?

Doesn't necessarily have to be rubbing alcohol, but anything that will remove wax, etc.
