Need help installing HID fogs

Can anyone explain the process, i've never installed lights in my life.. especially not ones with ballasts.

Do i have to remove the bumper or just put it on a hoist/jack?

If you aren't installing a relay you can just go through the wheel well. Both sides can be done in like 10 mins. The bulb itself should have 3 connectors for the ballast, and then 1 additional connector for your stock harness. Then just find a place to mount the ballasts and you're good.

Yeah that's the easiest part. Just get some double sided tape. I stuck mine on the metal frame beside the headlight

haha well good luck. It's pretty hard to mess it up so you should be fine. And yep, just crank your wheel all the way to the right to get access to the left wheel well, and obviously the opposite way for the other wheel well. No need to lift the car. The only thing you'll struggle with is the limited space to do everything, but it can still be done with some patience.

I tried to run a 55w kit in the fogs, it keeps blowing fuses...just bought a relay kit hopefully that'll solve the issue.

55w? Careful, you don't want anything to melt...

Thats normal when you're switching, just don't do it when you're still reversing and put it into drive, vise versa.

I think thats normal for all cars isn't it

If that doesn't solve ur issue then switch to a 35w slim ballast hid kit. I'm assuming ur using a 15-20amp fuse..

its an easy diy.you dont need a jack.you only need to steer your wheel to the left and right.and move the fenderliner a bit.thats what i did.i installed mine november last year.the only hardest part is when i inserted the bulbs coz it was cold outside lol then last sat i removed my bumper to put a yellow film on my fogs

take bumper off, it makes for a easier and cleaner job. Taking the bumper off may seem intimidating at first, but its really simple. Theres a video of it on youtube somewhere as well.
My Hid fogs should be arriving next week. Going to install them along with daytime drls

Just do it man. I took mine off by myself for the first time 2weeks ago. And it was a piece of cake. If u start now you'll b done ina couple hours. The clips r real tough and won't break.

You must have some special clips cause 3 of mine snapped when I was taking off my rear bumper. Be careful with them OP if you do decide to take the bumper off. I haven't done it yet, but I'm assuming it's similar to the rear bumper, just with more bolts, clips and screws. It's an easy job, the only thing you'll break are the clips haha

We started a little late, family first before our projects, it looked like it was a simple thing but we didn't expect something like this to have a little problem,
