Buy new caliper.

I've had to replace my rear right caliper in 2010 ($720 job at the dealer; never again), and my rear left caliper in 2013 (bought remanufactured caliper from Advance Auto Parts).

Have to replace my rear right caliper again this year because the mechanic snapped off the bleeder valve.

not sure if you're a manual, but don't leave the parking brake up, just leave it in neutral and chalk the wheels or leave it in gear. That said i left my winter beater (automatic) parked for a while and my father put the ebrake on. It was stuck and i had to take a dead blow hammer to it to pop it loose. Never had to replace anything.

What Gnuts said. I had mine seize over the summer and had to hammer it loose. Ebrake always stays down when leaving for a few days.

There may be a chance to save the caliper if you remove the 2 bolts that hold the piston part of it together and spray some PB Blaster on top, at the edges of the piston and leave it there for a few minutes. After 10-20 minutes try to rotate it clock-wise to see if it loosened up a bit. Again, this isn't too safe to do in the long run but it may get you going for a bit. Eventually you'll have to change it.
