It's a lot of money because you have to buy new knuckles, and rotors too, along with the cost of the calipers.
I'm assuming you just want it for looks?
It's been proven that the calipers on our auto TL stops SHORTER than the Brembos.
The only real advantage of the Brembos is for brake fading. That's when you're on the track with repeated stops, the large rotors will dissipate heat better.
This doesn't only apply to just the OEM Brembos, it applies to any other BBK.
If you have the money and really want it, more power to you.

Like what was mentioned, you're going to have to replace a lot of parts to do a Brembo conversion if you're going spend that much money and going for looks get the Aspec kit, drop your car, rims
Those pictures I posted aren't good enough for you? lol
I still have to paint my calipers black.
The good thing is that I installed them with screws, opposed to RTV sealant most people use. All I have to do to remove them is unscrew them to do any work such as paint calipers, or brake job lol
I might paint them tomorrow.
Part number is 45218-TX4-A00
Give that number to your dealer's parts department.
You'll need to order 4, one for each caliper. Same part number for all 4.

Slightly off topic but what would you charge to replace the compliance bushing and the bushing+bolt on my left lower control arm? =p
