.....MAN!!! Woke up this morning to find my car stolen. I'm sooo pissed I'm trembling. Worked long and hard to get it and some *BEEP* feels they can just take whatever they want without working for it. I only wish for the worst for these types of people. @#$&!!!

How do they go about stealing this thing?

Aside from going through the hoopla with the cops and insurance company. Any idea what else can be done?

aww dude sorry to hear that i know how you feel i had two of my cars stolen!

 

why not post as much detail as possible about your vehicle on this forum and other forums and maybe someone out there might happen to spot it?

does yours have any features that make it stand out?

 

wow they must have towed your car away. Unless you left the keys in the car.

Sorry to say this but your car is probably halfway around the world now.

 

Wow man!! sorry to hear this but how can they take it without the key, unless they towed it.

there were a bunch of CL's stolen in San Fran a while back. It looked like someone copied the VIN down (from front window) and had someone at Acura cut a proper key. I cover the VIN plate with a piece of paper now and have a secret alarm, and i also always keep my front tires angled to the side that way it's harder to tow.

LOL!! My mom was crying when I told her the news. At fist, she was pissed that I bought this car but then she grew to love it soo much.

Yeah, I didn't leave the doors opened or the keys inside. I'm overly paranoid and always think that I forgot to close it, so I double check when I don't even need to.

I also spoke to my insurance, and the lady was telling me how she got more claims for theft in the past 2 weeks than she has all year.

Regardless where you parked, when they want to take your car they will period.

I had gotten it at a good price too. I haven't found any yet that matches the price I paid last year. $25K for 80K kms. So I don't know how the insurance is gonna handle it. Give me $25 cuz it's lower than what's on the market. Or give me the value of the TLS available now.

Yeah, if I do decide to get it again. I'll put in a Boomerang. I think it's similar to Lojack.
