Accord Fog Wiring Issue

Hello folks...
Went to get the Accord Fogs wired up but I came accross an issue.

The foglight wiring harness has a 3 pin connector [blue/green wire--blue connector] that needs to connect to a 3 pin connector. The TL [or at least mine] doesn't seem to have this connector.

Then... The same blue/green wire for the switch-harness has no connector to plug in to. Along with this, I have no where to plug the small red wire.

Any help??

Thanks, did kind of help.
Ended up using the DRL fuse for power.
Relay is hooked up to the switch by cable to the switch... that's powered by some random wire that is powered when my parking lights are on.

Foglights are now fully operational...
Just have to figure out why my VSA light won't go on anymore [but works].
